Getting ready for the Big Day can be pretty frantic at moments.

My job is to stay back and document everything as the day unfolds.

Sometimes I offer a little advice now & then...

... I have done this for over 20 years.

Sometimes the preparation times offers wonderful moments of intimacy and expectation...

.... something easily forgotten in the hustle of excitement.

Senior Portrait

One of my dear friend's son is graduating high school this year.
She asked me to do his yearbook portraits.
I photographed this young man since he was born.
How quickly the years have flown.
How important it is to photograph your children as they are growing.
How lucky I feel to have been my family's and friend's photographer over these many years.
