Gay Pride March

May 1st was a beautiful day in downtown Northampton, Massachusetts.
I was there to document for myself the fun and color of the Gay Pride March.
It happens every year at this time.
This year was the biggest and bestest celebration to date.
I couldn't stop shooting I was swept up in the joy of diversity!

Celebrations

Celebrations are always a joy to photograph.
Be it a family gathering, a wedding, or just a bunch of good friends getting together,
there's something so energizing about such an assignment.
It's a reminder that it takes ALL types to make an extended family, a village, our home.

I'd Like To introduce myself...

I'm Jenn, I'm a photographer, illustrator, proud mom of two,and I have my own wedding & portrait photography business. I am the shooteer, designer, business manager, and go-getter. I'm a documentary-style shooter, so I don't fuss with big lights, or big productions. I shoot to capture my clients' story, not to make the story up. A lot of people appreciate that way of photographing. I love doing it!
Ever since I was 3 years old I had one goal in mind when I grew up = to be an artist. I went to college and received an associates degree in fine arts & then a bachelor of fine arts degree in photography.

I still go with the motto = "Do what you love to do! No one can tell you you're doing it wrong!"
